History
IMS Heating & Air Inc. was the merger of Bill Irons (Irons Heating), Jeff Mayer (Palisade Heating), and Daren & Dwayne Shawver (Rocky Mountain Sheet Metal), combining over 50 years of experience in sales, service and installation.
Starting out in a small shop in Loveland in 2000, IMS has grown from nine employees to thirty-four. Having out grown our building in Loveland we purchased a larger facility in Johnstown. This facility includes a full sheet metal fabrication shop.
Our service department offers 24 hour emergency service and has service contracts as large as Xcel Energy. In new construction we contract work for approximately 46 residential and custom builders.
IMS is the only Carrier Factory Authorized dealer in Northern Colorado, and we are currently the only NATE certified HVAC company in the area. You may find us listed under
